Doing simple act of love in your partner can make a lot of positive ripple in your relationships.
An act of Kindness, big acts are not always needed but sometimes it is an attitude, as simple as opening doors for your spouse, letting your wife go first, helping with the dishes and giving a back rubs.

Dare:
Demonstrate patience and say nothing negative to your spouse.

For some marriage it is hard like for an ofw-spouse, even harder...
Others may not agree with these dare: but it has a wisdom to spare...
Being patient and saying positive in your spouse especially now a days is a hard thing to do, especially when you are already have scar in your marriage. But I prayed that whoever want to do this dare may have courage from God. Because you can't do this alone! Amen to that.

my 40-day experiment?
my 40-day experiment?... i dunno if i can do it, it sounds so scary to me, whew... i just wanted to have courage to do this, thus doing this doesn't give me harm anyway... my question is where and how and when do i begin??? do i need to prepare for or what... i ask God for the wisdom and holy guidance...
